Carina Wolf, LCSW
Director of Associate Supervision
Carina Wolf earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, and her Masters of Social Work degree. She has great passion for therapy, especially couples therapy, because she believes many conflicts arise from disconnection, which leads to poor communication. She has a special interest in interracial relationships since she knows from personal experience that different cultural backgrounds can increase miscommunication, disconnection and misunderstandings. Carina strives to provide a safe and non-judgmental environment where individuals are met with empathy to learn and grow from their experiences. She uses a client-centered approach to meet each individual’s needs, using approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and mindfulness to help clients realize that when they know better they do better. Carina has experience with couples therapy, postpartum depression, anxiety, depression, adolescents and general life stressors.
