IN-PERSON SESSIONS: Lehi
VIRTUAL SESSIONS: UT

Sydney Bean, MFTI

Sydney studied Human Development at Brigham Young University, and is currently finishing her Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy at Utah Valley University. She gained insight into how impactful mental health can be on an individual, as well as on their family, through working in residential treatment at Center For Change, which further encouraged her to pursue her goal of becoming a therapist.

Sydney has a great passion for helping individuals, couples, and families in creating more fulfilling relationships and finding contentment and happiness in their daily lives. She works with emotional engagement, depression, anxiety, premarital counseling, faith transitions, infidelity, sexual shame, and human sexuality. Sydney's biggest priority is creating a safe and inclusive space for all, encouraging vulnerability, empathy, understanding, patience, as well as humor.

Sydney believes in creating time for herself and selfcare by running, watching movies, going to concerts, cross stitching, and petting any dogs she comes across. She knows the decision to pursue therapy is not an easy one, but she is so happy you're taking the steps to invest in yourself and working to create the life you strive for.

Sydney is accepting new clients, and has immediate openings in Lehi.
