With a Ph.D. in Marriage and Family Therapy, I specialize in cultivating thriving relationships and navigating interpersonal challenges within couples and families. I believe that successful relationships are based upon picking wisely and treating kindly. I employ a client-centered approach, emphasizing empathy and understanding to create a safe and supportive therapeutic environment. Through the use of various therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, systemic therapy, and brief therapy. I aim to guide clients in identifying and resolving conflicts, improving communication, and enhancing overall relationship dynamics.
