Julee Bunch, MFTI

Life can often seem overwhelming, making us feel insecure and anxious. Sometimes we feel stuck and unsure of how to move forward. We may feel alone, not knowing where to turn for help. Troubled relationships can cause severe pain, confusion, feelings of helplessness, and even trauma. Transitions make us feel inadequate and unstable. Sometimes, despite our best efforts in loving and teaching our children, we can feel totally frustrated as a parent, feeling rejected or like we are not getting through. Whatever personal or family struggles you are dealing with, Julee is eager to help you work through them.

Julee has been married for twenty-five years. After having three biological children, she and her husband adopted two eleven-year-old girls from Ukraine. In the years following, they had two more biological children, making seven. Julee spent twenty years homeschooling before returning to school to complete her bachelors degree in family life through Utah State University. She is working on completing a marriage and family therapy degree with an emphasis in trauma-informed therapy through National University.

Julee recognizes that it is easy to look at someone’s life from the outside and pass judgement. But from personal and family experiences with attachment issues, marital struggles, addiction, divorce, poverty, mental illness, family cutoffs, Alzheimer’s, cancer, betrayal trauma, and physical, sexual, and psychological abuse, she has learned you can never judge a book by its cover. In working through these life challenges, Julee feels passionate about helping individuals, couples and families in similar circumstances who may feel stuck, helpless and hopeless. She creates a safe and judgment free environment where tension, guilt, pain, and shame can be released, preparing for the path to healing.
