Josh Otani, LAMFT
In his therapeutic practice, Josh is dedicated to guiding individuals, couples and families through life’s intricate challenges. He firmly holds the belief that genuine growth and healing stem from cultivating deep understanding, fostering self-discovery, and gaining insight into one’s inner dynamics, which in turn shape interaction patterns with others.
He integrates a variety of therapeutic models, drawing from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
