Diane Smith, LMFT, CEFT

Diane believes one of the most courageous steps in life is to admit when we need help. Everyone has experienced hurdles to overcome. Choosing the bold first step to address our struggles, puts us on a path of hope for a better tomorrow.

Diane specializes in working with distressed individuals, couples and families to enhance their ability to make choices, “new moves,” in their cycles of interaction within their most precious relationships.

Diane is a Certified Emotionally Focused Therapist (CEFT) who can help you understand the meaning behind the emotionally charged distress signals you and your loved ones are sending as bids for connection. Messages reflected in attachment related language can be seen, interpreted and responded to as clear signals that reflect that we are seeking to understand each other and confirm we feel understood.
