Dana Griffin, CSW

As a licensed CSW, MSW, I specialize in helping individuals and couples overcome a wide range of challenges. Whether you're dealing with relationship issues, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorders, trauma, betrayal trauma, or infidelity— I'm here to provide compassionate, evidence-based care that can help you feel more confident, stable and fulfilled. In my work with couples, I draw on the therapeutic modalities of Emotionally Focused Therapy and the Gottman Method. Based on decades of research, these approaches help couples identify attachment patterns and emphasize the importance of building a strong emotional connection.

I believe that every person has unique strengths and challenges, and I take a collaborative, holistic approach to therapy that takes into account your individual needs, preferences, and goals. Some of the therapeutic modalities I draw on in my work include CBT, DBT, and ACT Therapy,

My goal as a therapist is to help you develop the skills and insights you need to live a more authentic, fulfilling life. Whether you're struggling with a specific issue or just looking for better ways to manage stress and emotional challenges, I'm here to support you through the process.
