I have specialized training to foster relational healing with yourself and others.
I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma triggers, low self-worth, anxious/avoidant attachment styles, infidelity, divorce, infertility, life transitioning, grief and loss. Additionally, I specialize in treating individuals who are recovering from PTSD, Complex PTSD, abuse, betrayal trauma, or narcissistic relationships.
I am trained and certified in EMDR, and have advanced training in both Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). I am highly motivated to empower you with the resources and skills you need to succeed. I serve my clients with diligence, compassion and grace. I believe everyone is on a journey, and I consider it an honor and privilege to help clients along their journey of healing and well-being.
