Christine Dixon, LAMFT
Have you ever felt stuck in obsessive mental thoughts or become aware of negative patterns in your life and relationships that have caused you emotional pain and suffering?
Do you or someone you love struggle with mental health challenges or addiction and don’t know what to do?
Evidence-based research indicates there is great hope as countless numbers of people have found solutions and peace of mind through engaging in the Recovery and EFT models. Christine understands firsthand many of the underlying causes and conditions that leave us spiritually and emotionally bankrupt. Having experienced the trauma of her two oldest sons’ life-threatening addictions and her own debilitating compulsions from the invisible illness of codependency, Christine has discovered and witnessed for herself that integrating the Recovery model with the skills offered in Emotionally-Focused therapy (EFT) hits the “bullseye” for effective change.
Christine, along with her husband and her sons (who are now in long-term recovery from addiction), is humbled to own Renaissance Ranch addiction recovery treatment centers, where she has been facilitating family recovery groups for over a decade.
Her passion has led her to pursue a career in Marriage and Family Therapy to help individuals and families access the same resources and Christian principles that saved her family. Christine has witnessed hundreds of individuals and families discover deep spiritual and emotional reserves, find and implement the needed tools, skills, and resources that promote peace and meaningful human connection that contributes to a wholehearted and joyful life.
