Patrick is a firm believer in the profound benefits of great relationships. He is enthusiastic about helping couples to heal and develop nourishing, enduring bonds utilizing the principles of Emotionally Focused Therapy. He is also passionate about helping those who struggle with anxiety and obsessive-compulsive disorder. Recognizing the often overwhelming and intensely personal nature of various OCD sub-types, Patrick approaches such cases with compassion, an exceptionally nonjudgmental attitude, and extensive knowledge of evidence-based treatment.
