Ben is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist who specializes in working with families, couples, young adults, and teens. He has advanced training in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT), Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), and Emotionally Focused Family Therapy (EFFT). In addition to EFT, Ben has extensive experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems, and Aggression Replacement Training. Ben has successfully helped his clients manage conflict, create connection, overcome addiction, reduce aggression, and heal relationships. A client’s desire to feel safe in therapy is both a natural need and crucial to the success of the therapy. Ben offers his clients a friendly, inviting, reflective space where difficult feelings, thoughts and behaviors can be safely explored in a non-judgmental atmosphere.
